Before the Order
How do I place an order on Babisou website?
To place an order, add the desired products to your cart, then follow the online ordering process by providing the required information.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of your purchase.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
All payments are secured using encrypted payment systems.
Are online payments secure?
Yes, Babisou uses secure payment systems to ensure the protection of your personal and banking information.
Your data is encrypted and handled with complete confidentiality.
What are the order processing times?
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours after the confirmation of your order and payment.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following day.
What are the delivery times and fees?
Standard Delivery: Free for all orders, with a delivery time between 7 and 11 days.
We currently do not offer express or international delivery.
How do I use a promotional code?
You can enter your promotional code in the designated field during the ordering process.
Promotional codes are subject to the specific conditions mentioned at the time of issuance and cannot be combined with each other.
Shipping & Returns
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track the status of your delivery in real time using this number on our dedicated page or on the carrier’s website.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us promptly at support@babisou.com to request a modification or cancellation.
Once the order is shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at support@babisou.com.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item.
Please contact our customer service at support@babisou.com to obtain the return instructions.
What are the fees associated with returning an item?
The return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
These fees will be reimbursed once the package is received.
In what condition must the item be for a return?
Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Any item that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
When will I be refunded after a return?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm its approval by email.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 days.
Do you offer exchanges for items?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
